  • Different types of products with slip + selecting the right one
  • Different types of detangling tools + selecting the right one
  • Detangling methods and techniques (demo + practical)


Braiding, twisting and weaving textured hair

All demos and practicals

  • Braiding
    • cornrows (incl. how to feed in extensions)
    • box braids
    • knotless braids
  • Twisting
    • two strand rope twists (incl. how to feed in extensions)


Blending natural hair with textured extensions

  • Texture matching hair with extensions
  • Techniques for blending hair with extensions
    • curl defining (gels, mousses)
    • heat tools (curlers, straighteners, hot combs)
    • heat free curls/coils (twist-outs, braid-outs)
